This wonderful apartment is located in a luxury residence just steps from "Plage des Sports" beach and 5 minutes by car (or, even better, by bus) from the Croisette, with a 15-minute walk. It is the only apartment on the floor, ensuring absolute privacy. It offers 3 bedrooms (one child’s room), 3 bathrooms (two en-suite), and 2 king-size beds. A spacious living room with large windows opens onto a furnished terrace surrounding the apartment. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms. Free parking and a private garage next to the entrance, perfect for electric car charging and convenient for loading goods. A private swimming pool is available to residence guests. Ultra-fast Wi-Fi. PLEASE NOTE: - External security cameras on the balcony, on the kitchen window and in the hallway. All are usually disarmed BUT the hallway camera, for guest identification. - Unremovable AirTags are in use to avoid lost keys. Your apple device can be added to avoid occasional beeping, however if you don't accept the keys to be tracked, please do not book. - This is not a serviced apartment, and it's a luxury property, which you have to maintain regardless of the final cleaning, which is only to prepare the apartment for the next guests. If you prefer not to handle daily upkeep, our trusted cleaner is available on request. We recommend light cleaning every 2–3 days.
