Upon booking, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, where you’ll find all essential information, including check-in instructions, access details, the house manual, and more. Completion of the Guest Portal is required before check-in. This includes agreeing to our house rules, submitting a valid ID for verification, and authorizing a security deposit. Important Reminder: Our listing is part of a multi-unit property, where all units are of similar standard but may vary slightly in layout and features (such as balcony or garden access). If you have a specific preference—like a balcony on a higher floor—this needs to be requested in advance so we can check availability and assign accordingly.

For a magical start to the day, we highly recommend the walk up to Vue Super-Cannes (about 30 minutes) a stunning viewpoint where you can enjoy sunrise with a panoramic view over Cannes.
