Modern and cozy apartment, 2 minute walking from Monaco, very central and peaceful, with great sea views, renovated and furnished with new 160x200 cm beds. Loft style, office area, fast internet, spacious and fully/generously equipped for 4 adults. The flat is fully equipped: Wifi , Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron, dryer and more. At your disposal : Sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, coffee for the 1st day. Self Check in. Complete flat Located in the centre of Beausoleil in a Belle Epoque building at 30 Boulevard de la République 06240 BEAUSOLEIL. You can get to Monaco in 2 minutes, the Grimaldi Forum and Larvotto beach via the Moulins lift in 5 minutes. The Beausoleil carrefour city is a 3-minute walk away. You're also less than 10 minutes' walk from the Casino de Paris. 2mn walk from Monaco, hypercentre of Beausoleil, we do not have a parking space but a public covered and underground parking is located 1 minute (parking de la Liveration) There are also paying spaces available in the street nearby, and we have limited private dedicated private parking on-demand at extra cost. For your safety and the one of the other residents of the building, it is mandatory to respect the following house rules when booking my apartment: 1. Do not bring weapons, firearms, and dangerous and/or explosive equipment or products 2. Do not bring additional kitchen electronics 3. Do not bring and/or do not use gas or other flammable materials. All types of barbecues are strictly forbidden 4. Do not bring illegal substances / drugs 5. Manufacture of any kind is strictly prohibited 6. Respect quiet time from 10PM to 8am Thank you
