It is a modern and efficient structure located 10 minutes from the casino of the Principality of Monaco, 5 minutes from the Tennis Club of Montecarlo and 5 minutes from the wonderful beaches of the French Riviera. A 10 minute walk are available, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bars All apartments are powered by sustainable electricity (solar, wind, hydroelectric) , a charger for electric vehicles (Type 2) is available to customers.

The area offers countless services and leisure activities. A few steps from Beausoleil, there is the Principality of Monaco with its museums, restaurants, night clubs and shops.
