This stunning 6th-floor flat offers breathtaking mountain and sea views, with each room—kitchen, living room, and bedroom—providing its unique perspective. Located in a quiet residential area right on the border of Monaco, it is just a 10-15-minute walk to one of Monaco's most beautiful beaches. All furniture is brand new, and the flat includes a private on-site garage for your convenience. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator- everything you need for a comfortable stay. But be aware that as it is on the border of Monaco, the parking space is an old-fashioned garage, and it is not big. If you have a big car, it is better to park outside the Proxy, but you will be charged. Or don't close the garage gate. Thanks
