You will stay in the best location in Nice, only 50 metres away from the beach and promenade. The studios are right behind the famous Negresco Palace. It is perfect of 1 or 2 people, Each studio has it's own kitchen and bathroom/toilet. We are providing sheets and towels. Free Wifi
