Villa N1 is a historic family home in Saint-Emilion where you can enjoy a typically French country setting. The ideal place to relax in a chic, cosy and relaxed atmosphere. The interior of the villa is soberly decorated, blending modernity with classic French charm and elegance to bring you calm, comfort and harmony throughout your stay. A welcoming, open-plan kitchen with a country feel offers modern equipment for your culinary creations or those of your private chef. Two 10/12-seater dining tables in unfinished wood and wrought iron, a Lacange stove, two fridges, two dishwashers and a wine cellar (red and white) are just some of the equipment on offer. You can also relax in the spacious, light-filled lounge with its large sofa, authentic rocking chairs and traditional fireplace. It's the perfect place to enjoy the day in peace and quiet, or to sip an aperitif from our friendly vintage bar before dinner. Five comfortable and elegant air-conditioned bedrooms (sleeping up to 10 people) await you, with their private bathrooms featuring spacious showers and porcelain basins. Two rooms have king-size beds and three have comfortable queen-size beds. Each room has a safe and an individual code lock to protect your most precious possessions. In each bathroom you will find bath towels, pool towels, hairdryers and French skincare products. The laundry room is an asset to any home. A dedicated space is located on the ground floor, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and drying rack. Finally, a tranquil and enchanting enclosure of flora and fauna will entice you with its large lawn, sleek garden furniture, barbecue area and superb shaded terraces surrounding a state-of-the-art swimming pool.

Our charming villa is ideally situated at the foot of the village of Saint-Emilion. It is surrounded by famous vineyards and offers magnificent panoramic views of greenery in every direction and direct views of the medieval village of Saint-Emilion. And to complete this beautiful setting, the house is next door to a gourmet quality bakery just a few steps away.
