After searching for five years we found this striking house in Salveredonde to start a B&B. Each cliché counts for us as well. It was love at first sight. Within two hours after the first visit we signed the sale contract! We immediately knew, this is the space to create a little paradise to cook, garden and write. It is the place to simply enjoy the good life and share it with others. What we did not dare to expect is that here everything falls into place. Furniture and art, pieces we have had for thirty years, seem to be made for this house. As for us, from the start we too felt at home in the large and intimate quarters.

Oh, le château! is an idyllic B&B to dream, dine, relax and simply be happy. Here, in the sunny south of France, you can enjoy the large swimming pool, culinary delights at dinner, the park with its many terraces and of course your own room, a paradise in itself. Small-scale and quiet, at Oh, le château! you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Do you feel like going out? Hiking and biking, visiting towns and food markets, discovering history and culture, it's all possible. The B&B is your perfect base for all kinds of trips in the beautiful Tarn. A get away for two or a family holiday, for a few nights or a whole week, there are rooms for everyone. Be welcome! The B&B has five rooms (25-38m2) each with its private bathroom and wc. The chateau has been renovated in 2018 and carefully designed by its owner, an architect. Original details, such as fireplaces, moldings, cement tiles, doors, all have been saved and combined with modern architecture, design and art. Old and new blend together in perfect harmony. Although the place definitely shows grandeur, it is warm and welcoming as well.

Oh, le château! is situated at the border of a little hamlet in the quiet French countryside, close to all kinds of touristic and non-touristic sites. The rolling hills of the Tarn are in our backroom. Here you can hike, bike or visit romantic, medieval villages. Towns are also close: within half an hour you are in historic Albi or Cordes sur Ciel.
