Welcome ! Lovely house of 100 square-metre (1076 sq ft) with own entrance (near Porte de Menilmontant). -ground floor : entrance with cupboard, mirror, coat rack, living room, convertible sofa for 2, dining room. 2 rooms ( 2x 35 inch bed), cupboard, bathroom with WC - First floor : 2 rooms ( 2x 35 inch beds each ) numerous cupboards, sitting area with 2 pouffes, bathroom with WC. The house is ideally located to explore Paris. The guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. 10/12 min to the tube station ( Métro L.11 "Mairie des Lilas" station > 15 min > to the centre of Paris ) and to the main shopping street. It's in the city, but just enough off the main street to be able to find some calm and recharge after a day of Paris discovery! No-Smoking policy. No parties/events allowed.
