A wonderfully restored stone farmhouse with a beautiful swimming pool set on 2 hectares of land, which have incredible views across the surrounding countryside. The property consists of two bed & breakfast rooms in the main house and two self catering gîtes sleeping 2, 4 or 8 people if rented together. We welcome you to share our home. You have the use of the Lounge, gardens and terraces and garden furniture. Bring your own picnic and we will be happy to supply plates, cutlery and glassware. We want you to feel at home. Never hesitate to ask and we will try our best to accommodate.
I came to France to seek a slower pace of life. I have 2 little dogs and 1 cat. I grow my own vegetables and love gardening. I love cooking and entertaining. So depending on how long you are staying you might be invited to join us for a meal. I enjoy visiting the UK for short periods but love coming back even more. I am a people person so always make my guests feel at home.
Pérard is 6 Kms and within easy reach of the picturesque medieval village of Caylus, 18 Kms from Saint Antonin Noble Val and 32 Kms from Villefranche-de-Rouergue and close to the wine regions of Cahors and Gaillac. Its location combines the benefits of a local community with a real sense of rural tranquillity.
