Cozy apartment located on the 1st floor of a building in the heart of Marmande. Ideal for one or two people, it features a comfortable bed (120x200), a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a TV with over 3,500 channels and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast basics, bed linen and towels are provided. Perfect for a practical and pleasant stay in the city center. IMPORTANT: Once the booking is made, we ask our guests to provide a copy of an ID and a valid phone number. Without this information, the key box code will not be communicated.
• 💎 The management of the apartment is entrusted to François from La Clé des Champs concierge service, who will be your main contact. • ⚠️ A security deposit will be required before arrival in the form of a bank pre-authorization. It will not be charged and will be automatically released after the property has been inspected and no damage has been found. 👉 Without completing this formality, access to the property will not be granted.
The apartment is located in the center of Marmande. Lively area, with many shops so you won’t miss anything. (grocery stores, restaurants, tobacconist...) You will be a 2-minute walk from the hospital and opposite the train station. The main square is a 7-minute walk away.
