Reception opening hours are from Monday to Friday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Please note that opening hours may be subject to change and guests are advised to contact the residence prior to arrival.

Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen including a bath mat and a dish towel, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen area and dishes, WiFi access in the apartments, as well as charges and taxes except the tourist tax. Please note that the tourist tax is payable on site and is free of charge for guests under 18 years old.

Please note that in the apartments, the living area is generally equipped with two single sofa beds corresponding to two single bench beds (lits-banquettes), which are considered as single sleeping arrangements rather than standard sofa beds. Some accommodations may include a double sofa bed depending on the apartment type.

Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost. Guests may also request the preferred location of their accommodation after booking by contacting the residence directly. For any invoice request, please note that invoices will be issued strictly under the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur additional charges.

A credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorization via VISA or MASTERCARD will be required upon arrival. To save time during check-in, guests are encouraged to register in advance via their Pierre and Vacances customer account.

Please note that free outdoor parking is available within the residence, subject to availability.

The residence features an outdoor swimming pool open from April to October, subject to weather conditions.

The residence is located in a preserved natural area on the Giens peninsula, with direct access to a sandy beach and close proximity to water sports activities such as sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
