## Space Residence of charm and character, located in the heart of old Collioure, in the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea. A Catalan building from the 17th century, it offers exceptional service and character. Five apartments are at your disposal, all year round, for your holidays and weekends. On the second floor, the "Vermeille" studio offers a welcoming space for 2 people (25m2). "Vermeille" seduces with its very pleasant character and warmth, especially thanks to its floating parquet. Functional, air-conditioned and well equipped, it will allow you to feel at home for a weekend or a few weeks. The studio exudes a lot of charm with its modular and independent air conditioning, as well as its double glazing. Description: - Built-in kitchen: Equipped with ceramic hobs, a extractor hood, a table top refrigerator, a microwave oven, as well as kitchen utensils and dishes for 2 people. - Living room - Dining room: Has a convertible sofa "BZ" for 2 people (160x200), offering great comfort, as well as an LCD TV, a table, chairs and storage space. - Bathroom: Includes a shower, toilet, mirror and storage. The view of Saint Vincent de Collioure Street adds a picturesque touch to the experience. ## Access ## Interaction I answer your questions and advise you if you wish, by phone, SMS or email. ## Neighbourhood WE ARE IN THE HISTORIC CENTRE OF COLLIOURE.
