⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Luxury architect-designed apartment, unique and stylish, in a charming Haussmann-style building, with reversible ducted air conditioning and high-end bedding, featuring a 30m2 garden on the ground floor, fully equipped. 👉 Ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the Centre train station and the Roman Arènes, in complete tranquility, enjoy the southern French way of life and the sounds of birds, all while being close to all amenities: cafés, terraces, shops, bakeries, shopping centers, museums, etc. Everything has been carefully thought out for your comfort.
Welcome! ✨ Passionate about design, art in all its forms, and a professional composer-musician, I offer for rent my two designer apartments in the center of Nîmes: Roma Divine and Roma Reva, which I hope from the bottom of my heart will help create precious memories for you! _____ I am discreet and respect your space. Just 4 minutes’ walk from the TGV Centre station with no noise disturbance and 4 minutes from the Roman Arènes 🌿 _____ 🅿️ PARKING: New, a covered parking space with remote access is available right in front of the building. If you need additional spaces: there are plenty of available spaces on adjacent streets or underground parking just 2 minutes on foot. _____ 🧳 LUGGAGE STORAGE: There are two luggage storage facilities just 2 minutes on foot from the apartment, near the train station, for about 5 euros per person for a full day.
