Hello! Sara Riviera is owner and manager of several apartments exclusively at Costa Plana. A magnificent résidence with amazing sea view, private patio, infinity pool and free parking. The seasonal swimming pool is open from June to October. The condominium is very well located on the hillside of Cap d'Ail, right by the highway and only 5 minutes to Monaco. On the main photos, there are several apartments, open the pictures of the selected apartment to see its specific pictures. Neighborhood info

The residence is on a hillside and I highly recommend the car. It is a great base (near the highway) to visit Monaco in priority and also the beautiful places in the region as Ventimiglia, Menton, Eze, Nice, Cannes and Saint Paul de Vence. You will be in the heart of the French Riviera where you can enjoy a magnificent show of lush vegetation, the horizon of the sea and the reflection of the peaks of Corsica a few mornings. In summer, the infinity pool and the small restaurant opened from morning to evening will allow you to stay in the residence as if you were in a resort (daily cleaning on request). Take advantage of the small shops at the bottom of the village as well as bus and train access to get around without a car.

The establishment meets and greets during the day, please come collect the keys at the office, located inside the upper garage, directly on the right, 1st floor.

Please note that after office hours, the key is to be collected at the safebox located on the welcome board at the upper gate ; guests will receive instructions for autonomous check-in by email right after the reservation.

Please note that early check-in before 16:00 is possible and subject to 10€ per hour early, guest needs to ask the establishment by whatsapp on the morning of their arrival.

Please note that late check-out from 10:30 to 13:30 is possible upon request for a EUR 40 extra charge (60€ in july/august). Please note that the price includes parking for 1 car. Additional cars are charged 20€ per night. End-of-stay cleaning is also included in the price but guests must clean their kitchen area and empty their trash before departure. Incivilities are subject to extra charge.
