This superb, authentic maison de ville is right in the heart of Old Antibes. It is situated in quiet street, but the Marché Provençal is only fifty metres away. Rue Sade and Place Nationale, with their beautiful shops and restaurants, are even closer. The beach is a three minute stroll. Totally renovated in 2020 including a full American-style kitchen, with air conditioning on all three floors, this gorgeous house offers three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that feature spacious, walk-in Italian style showers. The entire home is filled with natural light and the private roof top terrace with views across old Antibes is the perfect place for evening aperitifs. This charming townhouse, with its exposed beams and stone walls, includes all the modern amenities - washing machine, dishwasher, full size fridge, high speed internet and smart TVs in every bedroom.
Antibes is one of the jewels of the Riviera, situated on one of the Mediterranean's finest harbours. The old town teems with wonderful restaurants, cafés and bars. There is a cinema, a theatre and world-class museums and galleries. It is a short walk to three local sand beaches, or go a bit further to the glamorous swimming spots of Cap d'Antibes. Five minutes' walk from the front door is a convenient underground car park. Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport is thirty minutes away. Forty five minutes away is the famous hilltop village of St. Paul de Vence. Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cap Ferrat and Monte Carlo are all on the road to Italy, which is only 90 minutes away. In winter, skiing in the Alps is less than two hour's drive.
