Unlike the crowded Côte d'Azur, this property provides serene, green surroundings for relaxation. The bedroom and living room feature sea views and access to a private balcony. The modern kitchen includes marble countertops, integrated appliances, and a luxurious marble bathroom. An on-site caretaker is available for assistance. (Little Reminder: The sofa in the living room is not for sleeping)
