The 'Studio Carnon, beach, port and shops 2 steps away' is 100 meters from the beach (supervised in summer), just at the entrance to the port and 2 minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the market (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in summer; Saturday the rest of the year). The living room includes a sofa/bed for 2 people (160 cm) and a retractable desk which transforms into 2 individual bunk beds. It can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. It is also possible to accommodate a baby or a very young child in a bed/umbrella (on request). It is fully equipped to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Guests benefit from Wi-Fi, a TV and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, electric cooking plates, a coffee machine (capsules provided), a kettle, a plunge arm, kitchen equipment and crockery , as well as basic products. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, a drying rack, a hairdryer. Linen and household products are provided. The building has an elevator, indoor parking reserved exclusively for residents and secure bicycle storage.

After many years abroad, I chose the beautiful village of Mauguio, in the South of France, near Montpellier, to settle there with my son. As I was regularly out and about, I started offering my apartment to other travelers like me. I like staying in an apartment because it makes you feel a bit like home! One thing led to another, I had the opportunity to acquire a first studio in Carnon which I completely renovated (with my little hands) to offer it for seasonal rental all year round. And here is how the story continues with a 2nd then a 3rd studio, all located in the center of Carnon and close to the beach. Like what, “with a brave heart, nothing is impossible !” I will be happy to welcome you to this beautiful region that I have explored up and down since 2013 and to share with you advice for walks and outings, if you wish. Close to other seaside resorts (la Grande-Motte, Palavas, Villeneuve-Lès-Maguelone) ; 10 minutes from the A9 motorway ; 10 minutes from the airport ; direct access to Gare Montpellier Sud de France or Saint-Roch with tram and bus.
