In an "ART DECO" building this very nice studio sunny at the exceptional sight is located opposite the new port of Golfe-Juan, near the restaurants of the port and shops, between the cities of Juan les Pins and rods. Completely renovated in January 2016 (integrated and equipped new kitchen and bathroom - new Toilets) it can comfortably accommodate 2 passengers and on request 4 people. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the balcony in front of the port. Crossing with a view on the hills of Vallauris in the rear and stunning views of the sea to the South, this apartment allows full summer to organize a pleasant flow of air between North and South. On request a Wifi connection is made available to occupants
Born in Antibes (5 km) and close to this apartment personalized service can be made more easily.
Admirablement situé, à 5 mn de la gare SNCF et des bus réguliers entre NICE et CANNES, à 10 mn de Cannes tous les déplacements sont facilités. Les plages sont accessibles à pied à 2 mn après une jolie promenade sur le port. Des promenades peuvent être organisées par le bord de mer et dans le parc Exflora à proximité (5 mn à pied). Chaque année en MARS nous pourrez assister à la reconstitution en costumes d'époque du débarquement de NAPOLEON à GOLFE JUAN en 1815. A proximité du Théâtre de la Mer vous pourrez vous rendre aux spectacles organisés pour la saison estivale.
