Studio completely refurbished (April 2022) in a small wooded very well held residence, 400m away from the port. Without vis-à-vis, its 28m² (300 sq.ft.) are extended on 14m² (150 sq.ft.) of shaded terrace, making an "in and out" space with an open view on the Cap Canaille and the Baou de la Saoupe. Set back from the street, it is quiet and bathed in light. It can accommodate 2 people maximum. We rent our studio without an intermediary concierge company, only a few weeks a year. Rental includes: GARAGE in the basement of the residence; SWIMMING POOL (12.5m x 6m) with private access from the terrace; And inside the studio: - Household linen (4 towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, cloths...), - Bathroom with large Italian shower 80x120cm, hair dryer, - Fully equipped kitchen with utensils for 4 guests, vitro hob, microwave oven/grill, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, - Air-conditioned living room, convertible sofa bed 130x190cm (new mattress 2022), TV, DVD, vacuum cleaner, - Shaded terrace with 2 deckchairs, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 small bench, - Housekeeping at the end of your stay. Everything you need for a truly relaxing stay in Cassis !

The Studio is located in the center of Cassis, close to all amenities. You don't need a car, everything is at walking distance! The town hall square, the garden or the port are 400m away, the "Big Sea" beach at 500m, the "Bestouan" beach at 1km, the access to the Calanques at 1,5km. A supermarket is very conveniently located at 150m.
