Studio apartment on the ground floor, 22m², quiet, equipped kitchen and main room opening onto a 12m² garden with table and armchairs (awning and water supply). Private parking space is available. NEW!! Based on feedback from previous guests, the apartment will be equipped with a portable air conditioner and the mattress will be replaced with a better quality one starting July 2025! The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine (coffee maker, kettle, toaster), dishes and kitchen utensils, extended countertop, and two stools. A private bathroom is at your disposal with a shower, sink, and toilet. Located in Antibes, 500 meters from Vaugrenier Beach, 700 meters from Fontonne Beach, and 1.5 km from Fort Carré Beach.
Fontonne Beach, La Siesta Casino, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Antibes city center, old town, and port are a 15-minute walk away. Cap d'Antibes is a 15-minute drive away. Shopping centers are 8.7 km and 12 km away.
