The fine print
A charming studio fully equipped with everything you need, including a new kitchen, a renovated bathroom, a TV area on the mezzanine, a terrace, and a private parking space. The property is located in a quiet area at the foot of Mont d'Arbois, in the hills above Megève (2.5 mi). You can enjoy nature, lakes, golf, the Altiport, and hiking... The nearest ski elevators are 0.6 mi away (and are served by ski buses [492 ft] during the season), and you can even get a 20% discount on ski rentals at a nearby shop! (Just ask me 😉). When snow conditions allow, you can ski right up to 328 ft from the chalet! There’s a small terrace in front of the studio where you can enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. In short, it’s a very cozy chalet, and I’d be delighted to welcome you.
My apartment is on the ground floor next to the studio, so if there’s any issue at all, I’m just a quick call away! PS: For stays of fewer than 4 nights, SHEETS and TOWELS are not provided (otherwise, they can be rented for 20 euros).
I work as a carpenter in the summer and on a chairlift in the winter. I live with my daughter every other week; I’m very discreet and available to answer any questions you may have.
My chalet is located in a small village about 0.6 mile from the Mont d’Arbois ski elevators and the golf course, and 2.5 mi from the Altiport.
