Bed with new Simmons mattress (January 2026) and new Bultex sofa bed (January 2026) for optimal comfort. Private secured underground parking and a beautiful swimming pool in the residence. 5 min from the beach, 7 min from Menton city center (Lemon Festival), 15 min from Monaco, 30 min from Nice, 1h to Turini, 1h30 to ski resorts (Auron, Isola, Valberg).
