Its proximity to the beaches and the centers of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins makes it an ideal place to stay for holidays, conferences, and business trips. Note: At the end of your stay, the apartment must be left clean and tidy. Cleaning can be done by the guest, or a paid cleaning service can be arranged. The choice is made at check-in.

The residential area is very quiet, and the residence is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. You can stay there and leave your car in the garage. The main attractions are accessible on foot or by bus.
