## The space Modern, stylish flat. -Large living room with fully equipped kitchen (for preparing tasty meals) -Terrace from living room with sea view (to relax and enjoy the sea air) -Bathroom with bath - Cabin room with 2 single beds and a cabin area underneath ( for the more adventurous) -Double bed room with pond view terrace (to enjoy the sunset and sip a cocktail) ## Guest access Travellers have access to the entire flat. A parking space secured by a barrier is included in the price of the stay. ## Guest interaction You won't need to rush to arrive at the key collection appointment time as arrivals and departures are autonomous with a key box system. You can contact us by phone or email if you have any questions about the accommodation and its surroundings. ## Other things to note Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels etc...) This is included in the price of cleaning.

## The neighborhood The flat is on the 2nd floor of a residence without lift on the seafront. It is located on the right bank of Palavas-les-Flots. The neighbourhood is made up of 5 beaches that start at the mouth of the Etang de Prévost and end at the Port de Plaisance. The Promenade Sainte-Catherine-de-la Jacques-Cartier has all the attractions of a pedestrianised seafront: walks, beaches, restaurants, bars... ## Getting around 12 km from Montpellier Saint Roch station 15 km from Montpellier Sud de France train station 20 km from Montpellier airport Taxis, trams (line 3, Etang de l'Or stop in Pérols), then buses to the Salle Bleue stop in Palavas-les-Flots, then on foot. Bus: Line 631 Hérault Transport.
