This villa is much more than just a house—it's a cosy retreat offering breathtaking views over the marina, with a hot tub available all year round and beaches just a short walk away! The town centre of Roscoff, with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, is approximately a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Hiking enthusiasts will love the direct access to the famous GR34 coastal trail, while golfers can enjoy the 9-hole golf course in Carantec, just a 15-minute drive away. This ultra-modern seaside villa, boasting stunning sea views and close proximity to the beaches, is spread over three levels. **Ground Floor** * A fully enclosed garden featuring a private outdoor hot tub heated to 38°C (100°F), available all year round. * Two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, TV, and storage space. * An additional 5 m² "cabin" room with a single bed, suitable for one extra guest. **First Floor** The spacious open-plan living area features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a large central island, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The living room opens onto a beautiful furnished wooden terrace, where you can relax while taking in the spectacular sea views. **Second Floor** The entire top floor is dedicated to the master suite, featuring a private bathroom. Please note that this bedroom does not have blackout shutters.
