Ideally located in the heart of the town, this apartment offers easy and immediate access to the old harbour, where you'll find a wide selection of shops, cafés, tea rooms, bars, and restaurants. Several beaches are also within walking distance. A private garage can be reserved upon request, subject to availability. This newly built apartment is located on the first floor of a charming traditional Breton stone building. From the moment you step inside, you'll feel right at home. The tasteful décor, featuring soft neutral tones, creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is centred around a spacious south-facing living room that opens onto a beautiful furnished wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The bright, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, each furnished with a 160 cm (queen-size) bed, as well as two shower rooms. The office area also features a sofa bed, providing accommodation for two additional guests upon request. A secure private parking space is available to rent from **18 April to 30 September** for **10EURS per night** (maximum vehicle dimensions: **1.82 m high × 2.22 m wide × 5 m long**). Please request parking by sending us a message before your arrival. ✨ **Beds will be made before your arrival, and bath towels will be provided.** We will contact you before your stay to confirm a few details. **Pet Policy** Dogs only are welcome, subject to a **50EURS fee per stay** (maximum one dog). Dogs are not permitted in the sleeping areas, including the bedrooms and hallway. **Departure** Please leave the apartment clean and tidy when you check out.
