With its breathtaking Monaco view, its pool, its comfort and modernity, our luxury Villa Anabel is the perfect place for you to stay on the Cote d’Azur. Only 6km away from Monaco, 3km from Menton and about 20 from Nice, it is the ideal location if you want to explore the region “les Alpes Maritime” Anabel is also perfect, if you are looking at just relaxing in full privacy with family or friends and to enjoy the Mediterranean way of living. Providing 4 bedrooms and bathrooms in the main villa, as well as 2 junior suite bedrooms in the guests house, you will have plenty of space to enjoy your time with family and/or friends. Villa Anabel has on site staff that have their private quarters. You may see our staff working on the garden at times or providing cleaning services for you (depending on pricing and availability). Wifi and linen are inclusive in the rental fees. To secure your booking and cover potential damages, a security deposit is required in advance. The default amount is 500 per night (minimum 5,000), refundable within 30 days after check-out, minus any applicable deductions.
