In total, the villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 modern kitchens and 2 living rooms, one with billiards. Perfect for enjoying a breakfast facing the sea or an aperitif at sunset. On the leisure side, everything is planned: heated indoor pool, gym, ping-pong table, stone barbecue, and for the youngest, swings, slide and sand area. A few steps away, the beach of Moguériec.
