Villa Colina is a recent and modern house. It becomes a guesthouse in April 2019. It is located in the outskirts of Cannes. She is flush with Mimosas trees on top of a hill. A mixture of Countryside and Mountain 10 minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. It is located at the highway exit between St Tropez and Monaco. A quiet and relaxing place. The swimming pool of 12 meters and the sun of the Cote d'Azur will satisfy you. Every room is nice with its own bathroom and TV. The view of the rooms is splendid (hill & pool). The swimming pool access is direct with the garden terrace of 250 m2 very equipped. Beds and chairs will allow you to enjoy the sun with the possibility of ordering Ice Cream, Champagne or Rosé Wine. Breakfasts are always offered. You can rent an Electric MINI MOKE during your holidays. Finally a DJ can play in option for you during the afternoon or evening (Deep House / House / Ibiza Atmosphere). Welcome to our house.

Mandelieu la Napoule is part of the mountains of Cannes with Théoule sur Mer and Mougins. Villa Colina is located in the center of the Massif du Tanneron and near the Massif de l'Estérel. A privileged and secure city. The villa colina is oriented towards the forest and benefits from an exceptional climate. The Villa is located 5 minutes from the A8 motorway exit, 20 minutes from Cannes center, 10 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes from Nice, 1h30 from winter sports, 1 hour from Italy, Monaco and St Tropez . There are many activities for pedestrian and maritime tourism. The Palais des Festivals in Cannes is also very active in organizing all types of exhibitions and festivals.
