Charme d'une maison des années 1940. Avec jardin, piscine et cour privative. Calme et 15mn à pied du centre ville ou 10mn en tram.
Bienvenue à la villa La Roseraie où vous serez vite conquis par le charme d'une maison à la décoration raffinée et soignée. Un jardin fleuri et reposant vous permettra de vous détendre au bord de la piscine en saison ou sous l'ombre des arbres dans une chaise longue.
Commerces à proximité :épicerie, pharmacie, pizzeria. Quartier résidentiel calme. Facilement accessible car 10mn de l'autoroute et 25 mn de la mer
