Villa Les Jasmins is a fairly recent construction with a modern and clean layout. It is perfect for both fun and work. Plenty of parking is available with an EV charging station ready to charge up your electrical ride. We love that the large living room opens up to the patio and pool area, with no other property overlooking the space for complete privacy. The house has a great, fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and electrical shutters that can fully darken the living area and all bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is super convenient, especially when the house is fully occupied. We have a fiber connection with very fast internet for entertainment and work. Remote working guest will appreciate the two dedicated, separate office spaces, complete with modern desks, chairs and monitors! Board games, Xbox 360, Apple TV, Pool basketball hoop, Petanque and Table Tennis offer plenty opportunity for play! Enjoy streaming sound throughout the house and pool area - Have fun!
We're a very international family with French, German and American roots. We know what it means to travel and to be away from home as we're both working in the high-tech industry but also love to travel. We met on the Cote d'Azur and while spending a lot of time elsewhere, our family of four just loves this place! We enjoy entertaining, and sharing this place is our way to share the joy. The house is located right on the limit of Le Cannet and Vallauris, conveniently located close to highway access (A8), Le Vieux-Cannet with restaurants and shops as well as Vallauris with great supermarkets and other shopping, easily reached even during the busy season via smaller backroads - a great time saver! Right next to the house is a small veggy and fruit stand which comes in handy. The beaches of Golfe-Juan as well as La Croisette in Cannes are very close, 15 minutes downhill.
