Charming studio renovated with a balcony overlooking a large garden and terrace for outdoor dining. The apartment is well located, just 5 minutes walk from the sea and beaches of Antibes, ideal for your holidays and to visit the French Riviera. Free public parking in front of the studio. The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Bedding and towels are provided during your stay as well as shower gel and shampoo. Access to Wi-Fi and TV. In couple, family or business trip this apartment is for you to spend a pleasant stay Housing includes: - A large living room including a Queen size bed 140 * 200, a high table with two stools, a desk and an armchair, a wardrobe dressing room, a flat screen HD TV 42inch with cable, Wi-Fi broadband, a washing machine with a washing line outside, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, induction hob and extractor hood, small oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster) and air conditioning. - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, bath towel are available. - A terrace and a small balcony giving the possibility to eat outside. - A barbecue - Free parking in front of the studio.
