Villa Pierre Blanche - a soothing setting just 5 minutes from the city center / France The 80M2 house features - a pleasant living room/kitchen with all comforts (fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, TV, table, chairs...) - 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and WC (140cm bed, storage space...) - reversible air-conditioning in each room - access to washing machine - internet access - free wifi Pleasant exterior with - several terraces, a garden area - access to a private Jacuzzi for a moment of relaxation. 2 parking spaces are available, secured by an electric gate. With its 6 beds (2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room), the house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
Historically, our neighborhood was home to the "mazets", the little houses where the Nimois came as a family to rest on weekends, work in their vegetable garden, play boules, take a siesta... There are many stories to tell about the conviviality of these places. Today, this neighborhood is booming, because it's just 5 minutes from the city, accessible by public transport (buses run smoothly) and, at the same time, right in the middle of the countryside we call "la garrigue". In fact, the Bois des Species is the place (after the sublime Jardins de la Fontaine, of course) where children and families come to discover the different species of our local flora and fauna. It's a great place to live. From a practical point of view, you'll find the following nearby: Access to numerous supermarkets, delicatessens, bakeries, greengrocers, etc. For sports, there's the Vacquerolles golf course, 2 health courses, a top-class equestrian center, tennis courts and gyms. For culture, the town center is 5-10 minutes away and there are many wonders to discover in our region.
