Dear guests, This is a family home, owned since 1979. It is in a very tranquil residential area in the Basse Californie area which is just a few hundred meters from Cannes. A private garden, a salt water pool and a great view looking straight into the sea just a few meters below the house. The villa lends itself to cosy,friendly gatherings and also to relaxations.

I have been letting my house for many years and it is always a pleasure to share this wonderful home with others. I was a Montessori teacher in Paris and London and I now teach pilates. I am also very much attracted to creativity and arts. I love painting, I love my animals, one dog and two cats and enjoy nature. You have an amazing parc du Paradou just a 5mn drive. This is a beautiful area with lot’s of different activities for all age groups. You have all the sport beaches a few minutes down the road on the Moure Rouge beaches. So many villages to visit such as Mougins, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence , Antibes and Nice. But you can always find peace and tranquility in this home after a busy day out. I work in the area and I sometimes stay in a seperate flat adjacent to the house with it’s own private entrance, on the left side. I use a different gate which is at the bottom of the garden when in Cannes. Do let me know if you have any concerns or questions. Best regards, Roxane

There are buses going to Cannes within a few meters from our house on the hills of la Californie. Everything is within short distance. Cannes centre, the beaches, the Mouré Rouge, the Palm Beach, the shops and various supermarkets for all budgets. A great boulangerie and patisserie on Avenue Marechal Juin 5 mn away. You also have the surfing and paddling activities on the Palm Beach side which is a few minutes from our house. You have the Montfleury tennis courts and Mougins golf course and plenty of other beautiful towns to visit.
