Lovely village house in the heart of old Antibes in the Safranier district with on the ground floor a magnificent 18m2 vaulted relaxation area bordered by exposed stones with double spa bath, walk-in chromotherapy shower, massage table, lounge with television, coffee machine, kettle and wine cellar. On the 1st floor, you will find a 2nd living room, a fitted kitchen with table and chairs to prepare and taste your meals in a friendly atmosphere, as well as 2 sleeping areas. A mezzanine with double bed 140/190 and a bedroom area with a bultex sofa bed 130/200 Located 50m from the ramparts of the old town, 2min walk from the Provencal market and the famous Picasso museum, 5 min from sandy beaches, 15min walk Antibes SNCF train station Nice Airport 25 minutes by car. WIFI, AC and NETFLIX Sheets and household linen are provided Your arrival & departure can be autonomous using a code key distributor Arrivals from 3p.m/Departures before 11am Excellent stay for our guests We would be most happy to organise the decorations you can see on pictures but also prepare the house with anything you need: champagne, cake, organise restaurants..
