Discover an exceptional villa of 170 m2 15 minutes from Cotignac, nestled in a peaceful setting with breathtaking views and without vis-à-vis. This property planned for 8 people is unique and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large plot of 2500 m 2. Enjoy the pool with pool house, billiards, cinema, jacuzzi, swimming pool, petanque court, ping-pong table and two large terraces that offer moments of relaxation in the open air. Many wine estates, waterfalls, lakes, inns and restaurants with opportunities for hiking or biking with family or friends. There is also a golf course nearby and many places to discover in the sublime neighboring villages. We will be happy to provide you with the best addresses according to your desires.
