Unwind and sip cocktails while gazing at the sea and mountains. The villa's highlights include a swimming pool, pool house, and secure private parking on site. The beach is an 8-minute drive away. Nice also offers a wealth of museums, theaters, flower markets, flea markets, and more. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find a mini-market, bakery, newsagent/tobacconist, pizza place, pharmacy, optician, and hairdresser. Amenities: On the ground floor, 1 bedroom with a BIG double bed (160cm x 200cm), private shower and toilet, and an open-plan kitchen; Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 200cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 200cm); a double bed (140cm x 200cm) in the living room; a private bathroom; a separate toilet; a washing machine and dryer; a hairdryer; an iron and ironing board; an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker; a dining table with eight chairs; crockery and cutlery for guests; an outdoor table and chairs; six sun loungers; and a set of towels (body, face, and hand) and bed linen for guests. The entire house and all rooms are air-conditioned. There is private parking for 3 vehicles on the villa's gated grounds and free street parking. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We offer flexible check-in times until 8 PM. After 8 PM, a surcharge applies, which we will communicate to you via message. Upon arrival, we require a security deposit via an electronic link (credit card imprint, similar to a hotel). This deposit will be released upon your check-out.
