Just cross the park of the residence to reach the beach. Car not necessary. A residence like ours is rare in Cannes. We have it all: direct beach access, beautiful sea view, large grounds with a pool, underground parking, close to restaurants and shopping, and just 15 minutes’ walk along the sea to the famous Cannes Film Festival.
I receive my guests myself (as often as possible) and provide them with all the information needed for a rewarding holiday in Cannes.
Plenty of restaurants, wine bars and cafés can be found at the Suquet, the old town of Cannes. And beautiful boating excursions to the Lérins Islands are available from the port, which is just 400 meters from the residence, along the sea.
