Married for over 30 years, we've been living in Cannes for 12 years now, and we've never looked back. This neighborhood is one we picked, made our own, and truly love. It's one of the best spots in the city: everything is walkable, no hassle, no car needed. Beaches, markets, restaurants, the real Cannes is right outside your door. Running this apartment together feels like a natural part of who we are: two people who take pride in doing things right, and who live just around the corner whenever you need anything. We're travelers ourselves, and we know what makes the difference between a stay you forget and one you keep talking about. That's exactly the mindset we bring when we welcome you.

5 minutes walk to the Croisette beaches ! Enjoy this beautiful furnished flat located in the hyper centre of Cannes, in the area known as "La Banane" just a few steps from the rue d'Antibes. You will love to be able to do everything on foot, supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc... the rue Hoche, everything is next door. The flat is brand new, very well equipped with its American kitchen with central island, and it has 2 bathrooms with Italian shower. The toilets are separate. The bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds (90x190) that can be joined together to make a double bed (180x190). Each room has its own bathroom. The large sunny living room is full of charm, with its stone wall and fireplace, and has a sofa bed, a Smart TV with internet (with Netflix etc...). The kitchen is top notch, with plenty of storage space, and all its equipment: Traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, latest generation induction hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and everything else you might need. A real pleasure to cook. The Lamy car park is right next door, and free parking is available in a street two minutes walk away.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood is exceptional, you will love to do everything on foot, go out to dinner on foot, do your shopping on foot... The rue d'Antibes is 50 meters away, the Croisette is 5 minutes away on foot, the Cannes train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
