Enjoy our bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat just steps from Forest Hill station. Both bedrooms have king beds & a double sofa bed in the living room. For smaller groups, one bedroom is prepared; the second opens for 3+ guests to help us keep the apartment tidy and comfortable. Unwind on the large, sunny terrace with lovely views, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy two bathrooms (one en-suite), a dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of room to relax. Pets are welcome on request, but no parties please. For cozy evenings or family fun, a selection of board games is provided for guests to enjoy. The flat is family-friendly, and a travel cot can be provided on request.

This apartment was our cherished home for many years. Today, we still spend some of our time here, but whenever we are away, we love opening up our doors to travelers from all over the world. Because this is a real, lived-in home rather than a standard holiday rental, it has a warm, personal energy and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Please note that we do keep a few of our personal belongings stored safely away on-site. We love this neighborhood and are delighted to share our space with you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The flat is ideally located just a short walk from Forest Hill station, offering direct and easy access to central London. The neighbourhood has a relaxed local feel, with cosy coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and a Sainsbury’s supermarket nearby for all your daily needs. Guests can also enjoy nearby green spaces and local attractions, including Horniman Museum and Gardens. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet — situated on the 4th floor with triple-glazed windows and excellent soundproofing for a peaceful stay.
