1 Crowlands Cottages has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom, a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with a gas flame-effect fire. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge (no freezer compartment), and hairdryer. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. Outside, there is designated, off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. This area is one of the top 10 bird watching sites in the World. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. There is also a highchair and stairgate available. Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages. On the edge of the town is the 'Poppy Line' heritage railway where you can take a steam train along a picturesque route to Sheringham, while Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland with picnic area, nature trails and adventure playground for all the family to enjoy. Visit nearby Letheringsett Mill, Norfolk's only flour producing watermill, or travel just five miles from Holt to the beautiful North Norfolk coast with its lovely coastal villages. Within easy travelling distance are National Trust Sheringham Park, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall, the seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer and the city of Norwich.
