Boasting spectacular ocean views, the property enjoys an open plan living area, with a private outdoor terrace. Enjoying three bedrooms (1x super King-double master suite, 1x super King-double and 1x full-sized bunk beds for children only), and two bathrooms. With direct access to the coast path, 10 Thurlestone Rock is ideally situated to those wanting a coastal retreat. Property suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool is open from the end of May to the end of September, please contact the office for further information. If the cover is on the pool please carefully turn the handle to remove the cover. Due to restrictions the swimming pool may not be open during your stay. 2 flights of steps down to building (15-20 steps); 3 flights up to number 10 (15 steps). No trailers, boats, caravans etc. No swimming after 9.00 PM Barbeques not permitted on private balconies/patios. Strictly No Smoking
