These apartments are all brand new properties ready for our guest and developed to a very high standard. Each property will have one parking space each from the rear of the property via the stack parking system within a gated environment. For security we have provided CCTV cameras and a property manager office on site. Property rental price is various depending on the size. Holden Court will be fully furnished with provision of custom built wardrobes, brand new beds, new curtains, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and gas cooking, modern stylish bathroom. A new boiler provides heating and hot water. Free Wifi, Free Parking, Housekeeping once or twice a week, laundry available for longer stays.
