These will be supplied in sealed bags, ready for you to make up the beds on arrival. * Electricity costs are not included in the advertised price of your chalet. All chalets are fitted with pre-payment electricity meters. The meters are somewhat dated, but many guests feel they add a touch of nostalgia and charm to the holiday experience! Coins are required to top up the meter. * Please note that the chalets can be cold during the winter months. Portable electric heaters are available upon request if required. * A maximum of two dogs are welcome to join you free of charge.

Sunbeach Holiday Park is a well-established and popular resort located in Scratby, Great Yarmouth. Offering the perfect setting for a true home-from-home seaside escape. With so many facilities onsite and nearby, you may not even need to leave the park during your stay. 'Dutchy’s Tavern' is situated onsite at Sunbeach holiday park and serves food plus features a large, well-stocked bar. 'Dutchy's Tavern' hosts seasonal nightly entertainment including bingo and live singing acts, with ample indoor and outdoor seating. Guests can also enjoy watching major sporting events on large-screen TVs, with Sky Sports and BT Sports available. The site is dog friendly, provided dogs are kept on a lead at all times, making it an ideal choice for guests who wish to bring their four-legged companions along for their holiday. Scratby Beach is just 300 metres from the chalet park and can be accessed via a dedicated pathway, making it ideal for coastal walks and family fun beach days. At the adjoining sister site, California Sands, guests can enjoy a wide range of additional amenities including the heated indoor swimming pool Oasis, a mini market, a newly opened gym, fish and chip takeaway, café, arcades, and the on-site clubhouse Club Oasis. Sunbeach Holiday Park and the adjoining California Sands site feature outdoor play areas suitable for young children, along with additional family-friendly activities such as toddler- and child-friendly crazy golf, seasonal bouncy castles and bike hire. Ensuring there is plenty to keep children entertained throughout your stay. Regular open-top buses run to Great Yarmouth, just six miles away, where you’ll find classic seaside attractions, arcades, restaurants, bars, and the Marina Centre with a water park.
