California Holiday Parks have been hosting guests since 2018, We are a family company that owns and manages our ever-growing portfolio of chalets in California and Scratby. As a family-run business, we take pride in our high standards; our guests' comfort and privacy are of primary importance, but if you need us, we are always on hand. As standard, we provide FREE Wifi in all our chalets and a welcome pack for your arrival. We supply all bed linen together with one bath sheet and one hand towel for each guest, with the beds made up for your arrival so all you have to do is unpack to begin your stay with us.

Modern chalets with immaculate interiors; chalets 143,144, and 145 are adjoined, as are chalets 10 and 11. Situated between the seaside villages of California & Scratby, they make the perfect solution for larger groups or families. Ample parking to the side and/or rear of the property with open communal lawns to the front. The immaculately presented lounges feature two matching sofas for relaxation in front of the cosy fire, and an adjoining well-equipped kitchen that serves as a sophisticated base for preparing and cooking meals. Both bedrooms have a fully fitted wardrobe. The front-facing double bedroom features a quality mattress for a peaceful night's sleep. In 4 of the chalets, the 2nd bedroom is a bunk room (all have a double with a single over). In 144, there is a full-sized single bed with a quality mattress and its own pull-out bed (2 6" x 6'), making it adaptable to a twin-bedded room. We provide FREE passes to the all-year-round indoor heated swimming pool. From 2026, there will be an entertainment programme with a dedicated Entertainment Team throughout the season at the Oasis Family Entertainment club, featuring many new activities for on-site facilities. High chairs and travel cots can be provided FOC. The chalets are powered by electricity via a one-pound coin meter, which we credit with 10 pounds for your arrival. We allow one small/medium-sized dog (excluding XL Bully dogs and any other UK government-banned breeds) FOC in our 4 PET-FRIENDLY chalets. Chalet 11 is strictly PET FREE. Please check if in doubt. Our strict Pet Policy forbids them on the furniture and in the bedrooms. As responsible dog owners, do not leave an anxious dog alone in the chalet, as any damage caused is the dog owner's responsibility. We do not accept any other pets.

Nestled between the villages of Scratby and California, our modern exclusive chalets give you the freedom to enjoy miles of golden sandy beaches on the Norfolk Coast and the perfect base to enjoy exploring the tranquil Norfolk Broads or the many cycling and dog walking trails. A clean, unspoiled sandy beach awaits you within a five-minute walk, and there are so many attractions in the area that you will want to come back again. The Nature Reserve at Martham Broad, Ormesby Broad, Rollesby Broad, and Filby Broad offer beautiful views of both the landscape and the local wildlife. Motor boats aren’t allowed on these broads, so heightening a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There are opportunities to hire a boat and fish. A little further and you will find the larger Broads again with picturesque scenery and where you can hire a motorboat or take advantage of the excursion boats.. Not to be missed is Horsey Gap, where you will find a colony of seals; the Seal warden is always happy to share his knowledge of these wonderful creatures. Plus much, much more, including museums, wildlife parks and gardens, a miniature railway and a miniature village.
