If you like relaxing by the sea and watching the boats and ships sail by, then you’ll love this location. The Club house has a sun terrace overlooking the Solent with views across to the Isle of Wight. The club serves food & regularly has live sport & Entertainment in the evenings. The caravan itself has a private patio area & is only a short walk from the clubhouse. A heated outdoor swimming pool (fees payable in the shop) & a newly refurbished playground will keep the kids happy. The Property is 36ft x 12ft and has a large living/ dining area and small but well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, the Master has an ensuite toilet and a King-size bed. the smaller bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, water pressure is very good. Access to the Property is up a small set of steps. To the side of the property is ample parking for two cars. At the side towards the back of the plot is also a patio with a table for 4 people and a parasol. BBQ's are allowed on site but the one at the property is for personal use only, sorry for any inconvenience. Once in the property we leave Tea/ Coffee/ Sugar, etc for guest use, there will also be a pint of milk left in the fridge on the day of your arrival. The site does have a small shop with basics available to buy. Anything left out in Bathroom or in Kitchen cupboards (Cereals, Sauces, Juices) are available to be used by guests. We've only been hosting since April but have had several good reviews already. We try to add the small extra's for guests such as Tea/ Coffee. etc its been appreciated, we have tried to think of what we would like if we were guests. Also very happy to get feedback on your stay, or answer any questions/ requests beforehand.

The site itself has a slipway down to the beachfront which can be access via a few minutes walk. Its a largely Pebble beach. Portsmouth, only a ahort drive away, is a port city and naval base on England’s south coast, mostly spread across Portsea Island. It’s known for its maritime heritage and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The dockyard is home to the interactive National Museum of the Royal Navy, the wooden warship HMS Victory, where Nelson died in the Battle of Trafalgar, and HMS Warrior 1860. The Tudor ship Mary Rose is also conserved in a dockyard museum. Drive on the m27 in the other Direction and you'll soon come to The New Forest. The New Forest is one of the largest remaining tracts of unenclosed pasture land, heathland and forest in Southern England, covering southwest Hampshire and southeast Wiltshire. It was proclaimed a royal forest by William the Conqueror, featuring in the Domesday Book. Driving through the Forest you can see, wild pigs and wild horses roaming free. There are a lot of villages and picturesque pubs to stop and have lunch. Villages and Towns of Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, Lymington and Fordingbridge are all easily accessed. Closer to home there are several local pubs and restaurants, alternatively Whitley has a range of shops and restaurants available.
