164 Cumber Close is a 3 bedroomed pet friendly property enjoying south facing countryside views from the rear of the property and provides a delightful base from which to explore the waterside town of Salcombe and all that the South Hams has to offer. There are three bedrooms in total sleeping a total of 6 guests, bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 is furnished with a bunk bed, there is also the addition of a cot/study room, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The open plan living area provides a spacious room offering ample seating and dining with a well equipped kitchen.
