This inner courtyard ground level apartment (Note NO sea view) is situated 4 minutes walk to Woolacombe Beach. With underground parking, car park space to front door entrance in the complex is less than 1 minute's walk. This complex includes the on-site Brundles restaurant-bar and heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym available only for those staying at The Byron. See Concierge for use of Leisure facilities during your stay. This one bedroom apartment has a king Sofa-bed in the lounge. The Bi-folds open onto the central inner patio courtyard terrace with blinds for added privacy. Please let us know in advance if you need the sofa bed before your stay. Linen and towels are included. Please note additional beds cannot be accommodated or supplied, but up to four people may stay using existing beds in the apartment (main double bed in the bedroom and the king sized sofa bed in the lounge). The lounge dining room has a dining table with seating for four people (two chairs, one bench). This is a lovely flat, very close to the sea and with the Restaurant and Leisure facilities on your doorstep you can enjoy whatever the weather. Don't leave it too late to book!
As an artist I love being by the sea and now with 17 Woolacombe I have even more of an excuse to be by the sea side.
