Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Situated just outside the town of Paignton, you’ll be close enough to enjoy the sights but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town when you want some peace and quiet. 2 double bedrooms and spacious living room with views of the sea and surrounding area from the balcony. There is a bathroom with a shower over a bath and a kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and slow cooker. The double bed in one bedroom can be made in to a single and the sofa made up in to another bed if needed. Parking is on the road outside and is unrestricted. Keys are accessed by a lock box so contactless check in is possible. Check in after 3pm and check out is by 12 midday. Dogs are welcome with a surcharge of 10 per pet per stay

I live on the property in the flat below, so am available if needed, but otherwise won’t bother you!
